Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from Illinois. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship worldwide using USPS and UPS.
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Flat rate between $11–$14 USD, depending on weight and destination.
- International Shipping: Flat rate between $25–$30 USD.
- All shipments include tracking.
Pre-Orders
Items listed as pre-order will ship approximately 2–3 weeks after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International Orders: Usually arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delays
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. Weather, customs, or postal delays may extend delivery windows.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Damaged items will be refunded or replaced on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order as delivered.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
