All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale. Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- We do not offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order and cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. If a pre-order item is damaged in transit, please reach out with documentation so we can resolve it promptly.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact USPS or UPS directly if your tracking number shows delivery but your package is missing.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping fees. We do not issue refunds for delays or customs-related issues.
